I've been into Crossfit since 2015. I played soccer since I was 5 years old and I've coached youth sports and done some personal training. I enjoy watching people improve on things they once thought were impossible. My favorite quote is from Ghandi and it goes "A man is but his thoughts, what he thinks he becomes." This stresses the importance of mental strength that can translate into physical strength.
Growing up I considered myself an introvert. I spent more time playing video games than hanging out with friends or working on my physical fitness. When I was in college, my friends basically forced me to go to the gym and I remember laughing at the idea and begrudgingly going. I don't remember what workout I did exactly, but I remember the feeling after motivated me to make going to the gym almost a daily ritual. Exercise and health turned into a focal point in my life, and I've continued focusing on it since.
Anybody that has looked at themselves and wanted to improve their health and wellness deserves all the credit. I want to be a hands-on resource and motivator to help you be successful in your journey.
