That is why we are excited to showcase our ENG Kids program, specifically designed for children 12 and under. Whether you have an energetic Kindergartner or a pre-teen looking to find their footing, our program is built to turn fitness into fun.
Fitness Fun for 12 and Under
For our youngest athletes, we know that attention spans are short and energy is high. Our program is the perfect outlet.
- When: Tuesday 5:30 pm and Thursday 11 am. Other dates and times by request.
- The Vibe: High energy, big smiles, and lots of movement.
- The Focus: We introduce age-appropriate strength and coordination. Your child won't just be running around aimlessly; they will learn how to safely handle light dumbbells and medicine balls, building a "physical literacy" foundation that will help them in any sport they choose later in life.
It is the perfect way to kick off the weekend—get them moving early so they are energized and happy for the rest of the day!
We Are a "Step Up for Students" Provider!
We know that extracurricular activities add up. That is why we are incredibly proud to be an approved Step Up for Students direct pay provider.
This means you can potentially use your scholarship funds to cover the cost of your child's fitness membership at CrossFit ENG. We believe elite-level coaching should be accessible, and this partnership allows us to bring our youth programs to more families in Cape Coral.

Looking for a birthday party that doesn't involve a trampoline park or a messy house? We host CrossFit ENG Kids Birthday Parties for ages 5-12!
We handle the entertainment with structured games, obstacle courses, and fun fitness challenges that keep the kids engaged and active. You bring the cake; we bring the chaos control.
